Day 1 Welcome to Grasse
Arrival in the afternoon in Grasse in your accommodation. After your installation in your room, we will have a briefing on the trip followed by a welcome drink near the swimming-pool.
Day 2 City Trek of Grasse
A grand tour of Grasse and its beautiful neighbourhoods: we will use many stairs and hidden narrow streets to discover the medieval city. The views are magnificent and we will tell you all about the stories and the history of this area, on the footpath of Alice de Rotschild, Queen Victoria and Napoleon Bonaparte.
The walk ends up in the city centre with a visit of a perfumery.
No bus transfer.

Day 3 The “real” Napoleon road
Starting from the nice village of Saint-Vallier, we will walk on the “real” Napoleon road, a famous page of the French history, which put an end to the Royalty.

Day 4 Free time or Hike in Esterel
You can spend your day on the Côte d’Azur (Monaco, Antibes, Cannes, Iles de Lerins) or we can organize a cultural visit (village, museum), tourism (Valbonne, Tourrettes-sur-Loup…) or a completely different hike in the middle of the red rocks of volcanoes in the Esterel, a balcony above the sea.
You might also enjoy a day of rest and some swimming at your hotel.
Day 5 The Plateau of Caussols and its bories (stone huts)
We will walk in a typical landscape of this karstic area, full of geological and archaeological sites, inhabited since Neolithic, 6000 years ago. When the sun warms up the cliffs, the big vultures take off and look for food… a superb show for us!

Day 6 Gourdon and the Plateau of Cavillore
Gourdon is one of the most beautiful villages in France. Overlooking the Côte d’Azur, it is known as ‘the eagle’s nest’. During the cold season, the flocks of sheep spend their days in the grassy fields, well protected by the patous and the shepherds. In this region, the return of the wolf in the 90’s is quite an issue!

Day 7 It's only an au-revoir...
After a last breakfast on the terrace, it is time to make the last pictures and say good-bye. We are quite sure you will love the authenticity of this trip.
