Day 1 : Orbetello Lagoon

Arrival in the late afternoon in the town of Orbetello. Check-in at your hotel. Sunset visit of the old town and along the lagoon. Welcome aperitif and briefing about the stay.

Day 2 : Orbetello - Riserva della Feniglia

A surprising hike in the Feniglia bird reserve, between pine forest and sandy beach. Beyond remarkable bird species such as flamingos, egrets, and ducks, this forest is also home to deer and a pack of wolves… A must-do!

Day 3 : Saturnia thermal baths and ancient ruins

From the village of Saturnia, a stop along the Via Clodia, you will reach the Castellum Aquarum. A beautiful walk through the Tuscan countryside, ending with a final swim in the warm waters of the Saturnia spa.Picnic close to the Castellum Aquarum. Level 2 : 11,5 km / 250 m height difference. 4h00.

Day 4 : Volcano loop and summit

Mount Amiata is the highest peak in Tuscany, formed from an ancient volcano whose last eruption is believed to date back 180,000 years. We will climb to the summit (Vetta) and enjoy its magnificent forest; in clear weather, we will admire the endless Tuscan countryside.

Day 5 : Bagno San Filippo and the White Whale

Bagno San Filippo is located on the slopes of Mount Amiata; the Etruscans already favored this thermal area with waters ranging from 25°C to 52°C. You can bathe in several pools and cascades, with 2h30 of bathing time. Picnic near the hot springs.

Day 6 : Bagno Vignoni - San Quirico d'Orcia

Hike to the “rocca” and the “pool” of Bagno Vignoni, passing through the medieval hamlet of Vignoni overlooking the Orcia gorges.
